Hey everyone! I would love to start posting a monthly meal plan for all of you to enjoy right along with me! Some of the recipes are general and can be made with your own perfected concoctions, and some of them will be new to even me!
I have the menu created to meet the needs of my family, so you can also move around the meals to create something that works for your specific needs! For example, I do not cook on Sundays. That is a busy day for us since I work at the church. We are always running, or doing something that day, so I take the day “off”. Also, with events, or when my husband is out of town, those are usually days I don’t make a big meal either.
Whole Chicken with Fresh Market Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans
Grilled Honey Balsamic Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Carrots
Bang Bang Chicken with Pasta
Chicken Madeira, Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus
Garlic and Brown Sugar Chicken Breasts, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Peas
Buffalo Chicken Wraps, Corn on the Cob.
CROCK-POT Italian Herb Chicken, Rice, Mixed Veggies
Steak STIR-FRY with rice
Meatloaf, bacon mashed potatoes, and corn
Traditional Roast, potatoes, onions and carrots
Spaghetti with Meat Balls
Meatball Sub Sandwiches, tater-tots, salads
Almond Crusted Tilapia, quinoa, and Zucchini boats
Shrimp and Chicken STIR-FRY with rice
Cheesy Ham and Bacon Potato Chowder, and salads
Crock-pot Cranberry Pork Chops, Stuffing, Vegetable Medley
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Sweet potato fries, coleslaw
Breaded baked Pork Chops, Stuffing, and Broccoli
Lemon Garlic Pork Loin, Baked Potatoes, Corn
After I created the list I then added them to our calendar. Here is the month of August! (You can see the “OFF” days are days that we are either eating leftovers, eating out, or fending for ourselves.)
