Summer is close to any end, and so the buzz of all the To-Do list items and rush of back to school is underway! This makes it hard to have sit down dinners and time to even think about what to make. I am a huge advocate for meals on the grill. They are fast, easy clean up, and if prepared correctly can be a lot healthier of an option!
This meal is also great for hosting summer dinners. Hosting in the Summer is perfect because not only are grilling recipes easier and low maintenance, but then you don’t have to white glove clean your home! haha! Everyone is outside, so the pressure is off!

With the summer upon us, I have been searching out ways to get in shape. I do not think there is a woman out there that does not dread that little phrase, “Swimsuit Shopping”. I know just the thought of it sends chills up my spine. With that in mind, I have set my eyes on the Whole30 Challenge. I have been on it for two weeks and have to praise that I have not cheated once. It has been okay but I’m not going to deny that there has been moments when I just wanted to go into the kitchen and grab a whole can of Pringle’s and eat everyone!! That is not going to happen!!
